Calculate Victorian Energy Efficiency Certificates for commercial & industrial solar PV upgrades under VEU Activity 47 — Part 47. Compliant with VEU Specifications 2018 Version 25.0 (in force 21 July 2026). Deemed method: system size (kW) × input factor × lifetime (10) × regional factor. Eligible module capacity 30–200 kW; 47A ≤100 kW (IF 0.133), 47B >100 kW (IF 0.25); RF 0.98 metropolitan / 1.04 regional (Table A).

Deemed VEECs are indicative. Always verify via the VEU Registry Calculator at veu-registry.vic.gov.au before lodging. Systems >200 kW may be claimable via the measurement & verification (M&V) project-based-activity stream; sub-30 kW systems fall under the residential STC / Solar Victoria pathway.
